At it’s simplest, Sound Therapy can be a very deep and indulgent relaxation session. In today’s world it’s important to find quality ‘me time’. For some of my regular clients, this is the main reason they book their sessions. A Sound Relaxation will leave you with a sense of inner peace and tranquility. There are many sound workers available that offer this type session.
It is also possible to use Therapeutic Sound at a much deeper level. For this I would recommend finding a Qualified, Accredited and Fully Insured Practitioner.

One to One Sound Therapy can be a very enlightening process, empowering personal transformation on many levels. You may choose to work on a physical ailment or condition, an emotion or feeling you have, self- limiting thoughts or behaviours, or something that is going on in your life that you wish to find more clarity on. You may be able to gain insight into, and release deep rooted issues that you have held on to for some time.
We are all unique individuals and your 1 to 1 Sound Therapy Sessions will be tailored to your exact requirements.
What to Expect.
A One to One Session will normally be around 1 hour to 90 minutes long. The first session will be an initial consultation where we will discuss where you are now and what you are hoping to achieve.
We will then discuss and agree on your ‘sonic prescription’ This will be a course of sound sessions specifically tailored towards your desired outcomes.
The sessions induce deep, restorative relaxation. Bringing balance and harmony to you and your body. Many people report feeling a sense of inner peace, contentment and tranquility following a session.
You may like to work on a physical condition or illness, releasing unwanted thoughts, emotions or behaviour patterns, reducing stress, anxiety, depression, or may be you would like to gain clarity on a situation.
The use of Therapeutic Sound may help to dissolve your blockages and help you to let go of your emotional baggage.
Personal Support & Transformations
Regular 1 to 1 Sound Therapy Sessions will help you to build resilience and develop your emotional intelligence. We use Mindfulness and Reflection Techniques to help you understand what is going on for you in any given moment.
Sessions may be weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your needs. The sessions offer valuable personal support when times are tough.
If you have a deep rooted issue that you wish to work on, regular Sound Therapy Sessions can be an aid to personal transformation.
